Pennywise haunted our dreams as we brought him into the worlds of FX’s American Horror Story and The Simpsons to drive viewers to see WB’s horror remake, IT.
We normally aren’t huge fans of clowns, except when FX asks us to create theatrical marketing content for not one, but TWO of their flagship series, leading up to “It” having the third-largest theatrical debut of 2017. Our multi-night integration introduced a wide range of FX viewers to The New Line and Warner Bros. adaptation of Stephen King’s novel by successfully blending the movie with the iconic worlds of American Horror Story and The Simpsons. We’re thrilled to have played a small role in the film’s massive box office success.
